Reproduction of all or part of this site without written permission is prohibited. Copyright of all content not otherwise acknowledged rests with Rainbow Woods or the suppliers of the goods.

Delivery
Because our products are personalised, all products are made to order by Ends UK Ltd. We therefore do not hold any fully made product in stock. Most products are dispatched in 2-4 days. In busy periods, dispatch times may be longer, but we will endeavour to keep you informed at all times.

Returns Policy - Faulty Orders
In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged order, please contact us for a replacement or a full refund. Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which can be found here.

Privacy and confidentiality
All information given to us by you will be regarded as strictly confidential. Your details will be used only for purposes directly related to fulfilment of your order, and will never be passed on or sold to any third party. We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Credit Card Security
Any credit card numbers entered online are handled by our payment processor, Paypal. Your credit card number will not be passed to our site and will not held in clear text on any website.

Accuracy
Great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all information presented on this site. However, Rainbow Woods is not responsible for consequential loss resulting from any errors.

Defective Products
You may cancel this agreement if the products supplied are defective. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you, and the cost of returning the products to us). Alternatively, if we and you agree, we may supply you with a replacement or substitute product.

Refunds
If you cancel this Agreement and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.

Loss or damage
Rainbow Woods will not be liable for items lost or damaged in the postal system or sent via any other means.

Prices and Payment
Prices for Products are quoted on the site. The final total will be shown in your shopping basket. Payment must be made with your order. We may withhold the products if the price is not received from you in full, in cleared funds. The prices on the site include value added taxes where applicable. Prices for Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect agreements which have come into force.

Jurisdiction
Rainbow Woods is situated in the United Kingdom, and contracts are entered into in accordance with UK law. Any claims arising will be dealt with under the United Kingdom legal system.
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted.
